Local litter “sweep”

On Friday 3rd March members of the School’s “Eco Council” met with local community workers, Councillors, and Community Police to do a local litter pick-up. The exercise resulted in many bin bags of rubbish being collected from around the School’s boundaries and it raised the children’s awareness of the local environment and the consequences of irresponsible waste disposal. Many thanks to Mrs Gardner for arranging this.
